KBCG was founded in 2015 to meet a growing need in the market for a more dedicated and focused way to contract management.

Managing and optimizing contracts is crucial to meeting budgetary targets. There is a rapidly increasing need for processes and competencies that ensure a portfolio-based contract approach and incorporate the contractual relationships in the organization’s market and growth strategies.

Contract management can sometimes be downgraded and handled by less experienced support functions as a side job for their regular work tasks, or by expensive lawyers without the necessary technical understanding; however, this is could result in complicated and costly lawsuits without a winner in either case.

At KBCG, we have chosen a more focused approach to solving contract management where the contracts and their cycle are completely handled by experienced people with a mix of technical, commercial, and legal background or knowledge. I have a degree in civil engineering with a specialization in construction and have taken a commercial degree within management and organization. I have worked with contract management on large international projects for more than 20 years, focusing on Offshore Wind at some of the most significant companies in the market. These include Dong Energy, Ørsted, Vestas and Siemens Gamesa.

At KBCG, we use one another’s different competencies to provide the customer with the best support and knowledge possible, and we seek to optimize and systemize various procedures within contract management.
